Moving Along

Surprisingly enough, we are already 4 days into our 2ww. I responded amazingly well this month to the injectibles. I actually don't ever have my follicle scan until CD12 because I respond so slowly, however this month, I was feeling pressure in both of my ovaries way earlier in my cycle than normal. Last Friday I started to have other ovulation symptoms so I took an OPK - it was positive! On CD10!!! So I called the RE and they had me come in for an u/s. I had 1 follicle at 20 mm on my left ovary and 1 follicle at 17 mm on my right. Because we had a + OPK we didn't have to do the trigger shot this month and we are now 4 DPO.

I started progesterone last night and of course have been on the Fol.gard for the last couple of weeks, so we will see what happens. If we do get a + HPT, the RE will add 6 medications to my protocol. I know one of them will be Lov.enox, but I don't know what the others are going to be at this point. I am just taking one day at a time and what will be...will be.

Pace and I have talked about our future cycles and we have tentatively made an agreement that we will cycle until the end of this year and if we don't get a sticky baby by then...we really need to consider moving on. I am not sure what that looks like right now, and I am not going to get too caught up in it, but I think 7 years is long enough...we are tired!
